EchoAudit

Review calls against a scorecard you can explain

EchoAudit at echoaudit.co focuses on assessing existing call recordings against a team's own QA criteria. The review workflow combines configurable frameworks, criterion-level scores, available evidence, auditor notes and coaching feedback. Its test suite compares outputs with configured benchmark expectations so reviewers can investigate differences when a framework changes.

1. Define your framework

Set the rubric and business rules for the call type. Make each criterion observable: what should the agent say or do, and what evidence would support the assessment?

2. Assess recorded calls

Run calls through the configured QA workflow. Results depend on the recording, selected framework and model; an overall score should always be read in that context.

3. Inspect the findings

Review criterion-level results, available quoted evidence, auditor critique and coaching feedback. Frameworks can include risk flags for required statements or other policy concerns; a flag is a prompt for review, not a legal determination.

4. Compare with benchmark expectations

Use the test suite to compare results with configured benchmark expectations. Investigate disagreement, refine unclear rules and check changes against the same examples.

What to prepare

Start with recordings you are authorised to assess, a clear rubric and reviewer-approved examples. Decide who will review ambiguous findings and what decisions the score can inform.
