How the calibration guarantee works

Agreement is measured per call against the scoring rule and any tolerance agreed with your nominated reviewer in the written pilot scope before work starts. The scope also identifies a representative sample.

How agreement is measured

We report the number of sample calls meeting that rule divided by all calls in the agreed sample. Every result is recorded, including failed or unassessable calls, which do not count as agreement. Neither the sample nor the rule is changed after seeing results.

If fewer than 80% of calls in that sample meet the rule, the pilot fee is waived. Exactly 80% meets the threshold. Payment and first-month credit arrangements are documented in the written scope before you pay.
